Please read the policies in their entirety. 

• Clients must pay a 50% deposit of service(s) price to make an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable but you may be allowed to reschedule once with that deposit within that month.
• Please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.
• Clients are charged a 100% fee for no-call, or no-shows.
• Clients are charged a 50% fee for late cancellations under 12 hours' notice if they do not wish to reschedule for a different day within the month.
• Clients are charged a $10 late fee after 15 minutes past the appointment time. After 30 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and charged full price for appointment.
• No extra guests inside the room unless they are being serviced. We have a waiting area for guests to sit in while your service is done.
• Your remaining balance for the service is due at the end. Cash, Card, Zelle or Vagaro Pay Later is accepted.
